VIBRO SIFTER/VIBRO SCREENS is the most efficient vibrating screen for Wet and Dry Screening. The top weight on motor shaft is rotated in a plane close to the center of the mass of the assembly. Rotation of the top the irregular Weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane causing material to move across the screen cloth to periphery. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of Vibrating mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical & tangential planes. Increasing the vertical component helps in maximizing the quantity of undersizes material to pass through the screen. The machine has got various features including standard anti blinding arrangement to Ultrasonic systems depends on the requirement of clients. The equipment can be provided with atomized motorized brush system on the top of the screen to remove chocking.
